Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp

The Sachsenhausen concentration camp is a Nazi concentration camp which had been active between 1936 and 1945, located 35 km away from Berlin. Sachsenhausen used to be the center of Nazi concentration camps and SS trainings. It was established in 1936. Even today, there are sections, such as gas rooms and pathology laboratory, which are kept closed to visitors.
