Behind TourScanner is a diverse team of travelers hailing from every continent (except Antarctica).
From just three founders, TourScanner has grown into a company of over 30 members, including tech developers, content writers, editors, digital marketers and managers, with CEO Simone Semprini at the helm.
Representing over 10 nationalities, our team spans the globe, from the United States to Italy and France to Argentina. We are fully remote workers, drawing from our collective travel experiences and digital competencies in the realm of tourism.
Our tech team, led by CTO Emily Dimucci, is made up of two front-end developers and two back-end developers, while our content team, headed by CMO Guillaume Picard, is composed of over 20 content writers and editors and six localization managers.
Our writers originate from English-speaking countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, South Africa and Australia, bringing with them first-hand experience living and traveling abroad. These wordsmiths are not just desk-bound scribes but seasoned explorers, constantly on the move and testing the activities we recommend.
Our localization managers and translators are natives of Italy, Germany, Spain, France, Netherlands and Portugal, covering the six additional languages available on the TourScanner website and providing direct knowledge about local travelers originally from those countries.
Together, TourScanner works to ensure that people have easy access to the most up-to-date travel offers and information.
