How much do Acropolis tickets cost?

The price of Acropolis tickets varies according to the seasons.

  • Summer season (1st April – 31st October). The cost of the entrance to the Acropolis is around 20€ per adult. For children under 18, students and others the Acropolis tickets are 10€.
  • Winter season (1st November – 31st March). In the winter the entrance tickets are reduced to 10€ per adult. For children under 18, students and others (see below) the tickets are 5€.
  • Acropolis museum. The price to visit the Acropolis museum is 5€.
  • Multi-ticket. If you wish to visit the Acropolis and other sites, there is a multi-site ticket which costs 30€ which allows you to access the Acropolis and six other archaeological sites in Athens. (There is no reduced price in the winter).

What will I see?

With the Acropolis tickets, you get to see the Parthenon and the Erechtheion with its North and South Slopes.

Meanwhile, with the multi-ticket, you not only have access to just the Acropolis, the North and South slopes, but also:

  • Hadrian’s Library
  • The Ancient Agora
  • The Roman Agora
  • Archaeological Site of Lykeion.
  • The museums in the Ancient Agora
  • The Kerameikos cemetery.

Note that with this package you can visit all the sites within 5 days at your own pace!

This special ticket does not include the Acropolis museum but if you wish to visit, the ticket costs 5€.

How can I book Acropolis tickets?

The official ticket office for the Acropolis is below the main entrance to the site. Here you can also buy the multi-ticket package to visit the six archaeological sites. Bear in mind that the multi-ticket package you can also purchase at the main entrance of each archaeological site. We recommend you do this to avoid long waiting queues!
